Launching My Thoughts About Joy
Hi, I’m Bonnie. I’m living my best life! I am a free spirit—a woman who has experienced highs and lows of life as a wife, mother, grandmother, community leader, employee, and solo-entrepreneur. My husband and I share free time doing things we enjoy, like gardening (he does vegetables, I do flowers), boating, reading, cooking, spending time with grandkids and pursuing individual hobbies. (One of mine is sewing/quilting, his is model railroading.) We love sneaking out of chilly Minnesota winters to meet up with great friends by the Gulf of Mexico in northern Florida. I also love being a life and leadership coach. I get to know the neatest people and help them figure out how to live the lives they want to live. I help them become unstuck from challenges and circumstances that seem to complicate their lives. We work on finding ease, fulfillment, and a greater sense of happiness in their personal lives, work and relationships.
I’m intrigued by relationships & different perspectives…..
I like people. I am intrigued by relationships. I value good communication. I’m caring and compassionate. I like making connections. I’m drawn to different perspectives, and to seeing what each view offers to the whole. I like looking at the big picture. I’m a positivity person. Right now, I see many people hungry for positivity; less stress and greater ease; for a sense of fulfillment; more happiness; and ways to cultivate joy in their lives.
I inspire confidence and joy!
I want people to know I’m available to tackle the subject of discovering more joy alongside of them. For several years I’ve talked about my coaching “inspiring confidence for life.” Going forward, I’m claiming that “I inspire confidence and joy for your best life!”
I’m eager to share my thoughts on joy and how we can all cultivate more of it on the pages of my new blog, “Joy Savvy”. Thanks for joining me on the journey!
1….2….3…Coaches’ insights in one place!
A couple added bonuses to Joy Savvy for myself and my readers are, first, that my dear friend and coaching colleague, Irene Kelly of Prisma Coaching, LLC. is also working on a new blog. She and I thought it would be fun and inspiring to write about some of the same issues and topics and invite our readers to read both blogs for broader insights from two perspectives. When you read what I’m thinking about and it piques your interest, you’ll be able to click to Irene’s blog, Living the Dream, and tap into her wisdom too.
Secondly, another bonus is access to the wonderful writings of the first coach on my coaching journey, Kathie Allen. Kathie became a dear friend as well as a life resource. For many years she wrote The Sunflower Chronicle, to share her musings and insights. When she learned she had a type of Alzheimer’s disease called aphasia, and words started to escape her, she took down the Sunflower Chronicle blog. At her celebration of life last spring, another coaching friend, Lisa Randall, and I uncovered Kathie’s writings, and, with her family’s permission, they will soon have a new home on my website for Life Song Coaching. Those articles won’t necessarily sync with the topics Irene, and I choose, but they are great insights from another wonderful coach. Watch for them coming soon at www.lifesongcoaching.com.
I hope the words and wisdom of my coaching friends and I contribute to your fulfillment and happiness in life. I wish you abundant Joy Savvy!
