About Bonnie

  • Bonnie
Bonnie - I work with each client to live his or her own Life Song...

Bonnie exudes positivity and compassion. She is a Maximizer helping clients achieve their very best. She’s a listener and masterfully frames questions to spark inspiration and curiosity. She builds confidence in others. Her enthusiasm, open-mindedness and calm steadiness are gifts to her clients.

Bonnie has experienced life—she planned and developed continuing education programs, Elderhostel residencies and had a hand in designing the College for Kids program at Itasca Community College in Grand Rapids MN.  She studied and lived in Sweden. She is a collaborator with community organizations, her library, her church and coaching colleagues. She’s planned community festivals, managed dozens of volunteers, and designed and facilitated a leadership program for teens. She won a prestigious award for service to the coaching profession in Minnesota. She’s Chapter President of BNI. Mid-career, she took a leap to become a coach, training and earning Certification through the Coaches Training Institute. She has four successful adult children, including a daughter on Team USA in Boxing, another who thrives on the stage in community theater, a son who engineers building jets and one who manages huge steel construction projects.  Along with her husband, they all sing!

She loves the forests and freshwater lakes of Northern Minnesota. Nature feeds her soul. She enjoys what all four seasons offer, but thrives in summer—flower gardening, boating, swimming, entertaining friends, lounging with a good book. These are the essence of her Life Song.

“Bonnie is genuine, authentic. She helped me reconnect with my core values and learn how to use values in making my decisions in both personal and professional situations.”
Teresa, Individual Coaching Client
