Bonnie
Henriksen, founder and principle of Life Song
Coaching, is a life coach, and a group facilitator.
She came to coaching in 2003 after nearly 28 years as Director
of Continuing Education and Community Services at Itasca
Community College. Coaching individuals and groups through
processes for new discovery, navigating transition, or
exploring
fresh perspective is the rewarding expression of her
life song.
Bonnie is skilled in leading the creative process for new growth
to
unfold
with both individuals and groups. She has worked closely
with groups
from all aspects of community including private
business,
public service, non-profit organizations, education and health
care.
Her individual clients include emerging artists, aspiring
entrepreneurs,
transitioning mid lifers and first-time career seekers.
Bonnie is fascinated with change.
She seeks
clients who are in transition and seeking new options for how
they live and work. She helps them explore new perspectives
and discover choices for how they can meet challenges. She is
a native of Northeastern Minnesota who loves small town life
and a close relationship with nature and the changing seasons.
Bonnie cares about community leadership.
She is committed to working with "home town
leaders." Her
goal is
to help men and women access energy to make a
difference to
themselves as well as in their rural communities and in the
world. She
is motivated to facilitate them in finding their voices,
knowing that what
they have to say is important and that, no matter what their
position,
their words and wisdom are needed in whatever community
they
choose to be involved!
Bonnie
walks beside her clients.
She works and plays energized
by a creative spirit. She is committed to engaging the
wholeness of
every client, starting where the client is and going where
he/she wants
to go. Bonnie encourages clients to draw on personal
resourcefulness
from all aspects of their lives to create what each wants for
him- or herself.
Bonnie
believes in family.
She has successfully co-parented and
launched four exceptional children with her best friend and
husband.
She has a long term goal of coaching families to experience
joy and success. |
